Etched ametrine elestials are a new find from the Anahi Mine in Bolivia. This is the same mine that has been giving us the beautiful ametrine crystals for years. We've been told that these formations are from a pocket that was discovered on the opposite side of the underground river that is mined for ametrine which miners have just begun to explore. Like with any new find, we have no idea how many of these beautiful formations they will find. These crystals were found completely unattached from any matrix in pockets of clay. From their formation they grew in watery environment which has created undulating etchings whose edges have been soften by the prolonged contact with water. Nooks and crannies have also been gently carved into the crystal surface giving each crystal a very unique formation. To top it off the are in hues of rich amethyst and citrine which combines in what we call ametrine.

Despite being from deep in the ground they have a high energy much like the other etched crystals that are coming to light such as the Himalayan and Pakistani Ice crystals. Their energy is deeply emotional and spiritual in nature. They open the spirit, expanding your ability to see the wider picture. They help you to move above and beyond your self-limiting views of yourself to show you the broader world around you. They assist you to see the truth behind all things, read between the lines so to speak. They bolster your core, reducing fear of the unknown teach you new levels of trust both in yourself and of others.

The formation of this crystal is so delicate and intricate that it makes me think of the finest hand made lace.  There are crevasses and nooks all over this royally purple crystal that are filling with small quartz that crystallized out of the solution the ametrine grew in.  The lacy forms stretch out from the crystal like wings, making me think of a lacy angel.  The flattened form of the wings flaring make this a tabby crystal. There is a trigonic record keeper on what I am assuming to be the termination.  This crystal has such a sweet energy that it is a delight to experience!

The crystal measures 4.5" x 2.1" x 1" and weighs 6oz.

Ametrine is a mix of Amethyst and Citrine Quartz which is usually found in Bolivia. Ametrine helps balance of the male and female aspects of ourselves. It works on many multiple dimensions simultaneously. It is one of the most powerful manifestive crystals around. It dispels negativity from ones energy field and stabilizes it. It releases blockages in all bodies, physical, emotional, mental, and auric, allowing for release and restoration of normal function. It also assists with breaking of bad habits and reduces cravings. The translation for Elestial is “Crystal of the Angels” and thus has a strong link with the Angelic realm. One may retrieve information stored in Elestials by running your hands over the etching of the crystal, before long your hands start moving on their own, you are reading the crystal much the same way as the blind use Braille language.
