Wild Chalcedony Formations on Lustrous Golden Smoky Citrine Elestial Crystal (M7570) $600.00

This magnificent crystal is another of our stunning Tucson finds. It was another one that I almost didn't pick up, trying to stay on budget, yet I could not resist the intriguing patterns of the microcrystalline quartz chalcedony combined with the energy of a smoky citrine elestial. Truthfully this crystal has just as many characteristic cathedral formations as it does elestial formations and this spirit seems to embody the attributes of both. The formation is incredible, the etchings on the surface are fascinating, and three dimensional. Not not mention the overlay of chalcedony which creates its own crystalline peaks and special caves.  Overlays of this nature are not common at all, and while we did pick up a few crystals, this one is by far the largest and the most complex. The internal clarity just takes your breath away, the luster of the surface gives a gemmy sparkle to the crystal. Interior rainbows glow with vibrancy radiating joyous energy. The spirit of the smoky citrine is a very old soul, and has amazing complexity and intricacy. It has such an interesting soul that you could spend a lifetime learning all its secrets and have only scratched at the surface.

There is an interesting dichotomy of energy within this old soul; the timelessness of the smoky citrine combined with  the hyper energy of the chalcedony overlay. Despite the differences they are one in the same, and the energies are in harmony.  There is a profound resonating energy of peace and balance. This one whispers secrets, over and over again, secrets. We all have our secrets, stuff we hide from family, from friends, and, even more difficult, from ourselves. We even have secret goals and desires. I see light cracking into those boxes we hold those secrets, like a dusty attic that has sat undisturbed for years, there is a hush, you stand at the top of the stairs, not knowing if you want to penetrate the dusky silence, to disturb what has been hidden. But with every secret that is hidden, there are delights to be found too, happy memories, happy secrets, happy insights. Working through the secrets, airing them lessens the power they hold. What was scary years ago may not resonate the same now. Dealing with them with help sweep the cobwebs away. I feel impressions of rediscovery, seeing things in a new light, breathing new life into the old. Let in the fresh air, release the heaviness that sits on your soul. The crystal measures 6" x 4.5" x 2.5" and weighs 2.22 lbs or just over 1kg.

With a smoky citrine crystal the energy of citrine tends to maintain the clarity of the smokey quartz such that cleansing is not necessary and that the combination does not accept negativity. In addition it has been used to enhance the psychic abilities and can assist in the gentle attunement of third-eye activity while providing for grounding conditions and removal of obstacles. Many merchants have used this combination to further business and to increase profits.

Smoky Quartz is almost a default crystal in any crystal layout. It is grounding, protective and can transform negative energy into positive energy.
