Finding natural smoky citrine crystals is a true treasure, especially one as sweet as this one. Small enough for a pocket, but large enough to feel substantial in your hand it is a true companion. A few minor bruises can be found around the apex of the crystal, camouflaged somewhat by the high degree of etchings on the faces.  A large cavity is nestled near the base of the crystal, leading you into the interior world of the crystal. Citrine is a phenomenal mineral, and one of my favorites. It is one of two minerals that will not accumulate negative energy, but somehow transmutes it into loving energy. I find this interesting as both minerals--citrine and kyanite--are symbolic of the Archangel Michael. It is also known as the "Merchant's Stone". It is quite helpful in acquiring and maintaining wealth.
