The first thing you may notice is the glittering chalcedony ribbon that sweeps and swirls around this beautiful golden smoky quartz crystal. Drawing you to the interior of the crystal are vibrant golden rutiles that streak across the interior. What is not so apparently are the tiny disks of hematite attached to the spays of rutiles. Eroded pockets on the side of the crystal create an interesting terrain of formations with glittering chalcedony and tiny hematite crystals. There are a few bruises on the crystal, most noticeably around the largest of the pockets, but this undeniably still a beautiful crystal. He even self-stands.
