This is a nice long blue green aquamarine crystal in matrix.

Aquamarine is blue to blue green variety of the beryl family which includes emerald, morganite and heliodor. It forms usually beautiful hexagonal crystals but on rare occasions can be found in craggy formations known as solution aquamarine. Aquamarine owes its beautiful color to traces of iron impurities. Aquamarine emits a gentle and compassionate energy, exhibiting moderation. It is a "stone of courage" aiding one to rapidly respond to the situations at hand.
