This is such an unusual and highly uncommon formation of Prasiolite, also known as green amethyst. This intriguing stalactite is natural in color, and has not been heated. Some areas have been polished to bring out the colors and formations of the agate that forms the matrix. A small area of the druzy crystals has also been polished creating a window to the activity behind the glittering points. Crystals cover one side in varying hues of green while the other side is coated with a white mineral . If you look closely at the crystals you can see puffy green inclusions that look like moss.
