Hollandite inclusions form in groups that create a black star inside the crystal; these crystals are quite rare. This is a lovely lightbrary crystal containing dozens of stars within its mist. These star formations are quite pronounced and in some cases look like spiders, giving rise to their nickname of spider quartz! These crystals are known for their protective energy. This protective crystal is natural in formation . The star inclusions of this crystal are very subtle and lie more deeply within the crystal. You will also notice large areas of dark matrix clinging to the crystal. This is due to the crystal not being acid washed. I always find that this matrix brings more beauty to the crystal. This little spirit has a gentle apricot shade and have a very protective energy.
