Having seen the effects of panic attacks and the beneficial calming influence of crystals I wanted to create a pouch to assist others who suffer from panic attacks. These can be predictable, coming whenever someone has to travel in a car, the thought of taking a test, standing in front of a crowd or strike without warning. Shortness of breath, pounding heart, unreasonable fear are all symptoms. Not only do the crystals have a calming influence from their energies, there is something to physically hold, to channel that negative energy into. This assist to restore a peaceful state of mind. Anyone can benefit from the energies in this pouch from children to adults, even animals.

Citrine is an excellent stone for clearing the aura and for aligning the auric body with the physical structure, diminishing the "muddy" areas in both the aura and the physical body. It can act to stabilize the emotions, to dispel anger, and to encourage one to "look toward the sunrise", the freshness of beginnings and the reality of excellence. Personally, I use citrine in conjunction with labradorite to help keep panic/anxiety attacks at bay.

Labradorite helps purge negative thought patterns. It gives great insight and vision and allows one to communicate these gifts in a beneficial way for the self and others. It helps you integrate the new energies coming in at this time in a seamless fashion. Labradorite brings out the best qualities in you, to be all that you can be. Thus it is a powerful self esteem building stone. The elixir form of Labradorite purges negativity bringing well being to you; it also has pain killing properties. Hematite is a supreme weapon against unionized radiation. It is recommended that one wear it in disk or pendant form against the skin when working on or around computers and such. It saturates ones aura with an energy that repels radiation. You will find you have much more energy as a result. Hematite helps ground one and keeps your feet firmly on the ground. It cleanses blood and is good for keeping focused on difficult tasks.

Black Tourmaline is a very good grounding crystal for the emotions. It is also very good for grounding one during crystal healing layouts. It does not hold you back from going as far as you can go, it does help bring you back when you are ready, and more to the point, it grounds the Healing energy and information gained in the layout/meditative state enabling you to integrate what you have received and learned into your physical body and consciousness. Black tourmaline when held in the hand will relieve the symptoms of allergies noticeably within 10 minutes, if you do not feel a difference within that time, swap the Tourmaline between hands. It is also good for holding if you get a fright.
