Natural citrine is one of the rarer varieties of quartz available. Recently batches of amazing crystals have been coming out of the Congo, from the Luena mine. Completely natural in color, these crystals have a deep golden color that is unparalleled! The color is gorgeous, and these crystals have become hotly sought prizes for their color and warm loving energy.  This lovely crystal is in good shape with a few minor abrasions on its body.

The crystal measures 1.6" x 1.5" x 1.2" and weighs 2oz.

Citrine is a phenomenal mineral, and one of my favorites. It is one of two minerals that will not accumulate negative energy, but somehow transmutes it into loving energy. I find this interesting as both minerals--citrine and kyanite--are symbolic of the Archangel Michael. It is also known as the "Merchant's Stone". It is quite helpful in acquiring and maintaining wealth.

It is an excellent stone for clearing the aura and for aligning the auric body with the physical structure, diminishing the "muddy" areas in both the aura and the physical body. It can act to stabilize the emotions, to dispel anger, and to encourage one to "look toward the sunrise", the freshness of beginnings and the reality of excellence. Personally, I use citrine in conjunction with labradorite to help keep panic/anxiety attacks at bay.

Place Citrine on your Solar plexus when tired or in need of an energy-boost, especially good for hands on healers to help themselves recuperate. It is one of the few crystals that do not require any cleansing. It can also be left in the sun for additional charging.
