It has been awhile since we have had any of the deep purple amethyst clusters from Uruguay. The color is so intense and vivid. Many of the points are quartz with deep purple phantoms. Their energy is works on a deeper level than the Thunder Bay amethyst we have. Their energy is much slower almost sedate in comparison. A feeling of deep earth energy radiates from these pieces despite the fact that they work on the higher chakras. Soothing and mellow are what come to mind, like being enveloped in a warm bath. On the physical level they help to relieve pain, and soothe infections. A wonderful piece for meditation or to help with restful sleep. They make wonderful anchors to grids, and excellent bases to recharge small crystals or jewelry. These clusters are beautiful deep healers.
