This is a beautiful and water clear crystal from Zambia. Like all the Zambian crystals, this one has a tendency towards self healing. The point looks like it has been dinged in the past, but the crystal is in the process of repairing that damage and re-attaching the tip.

A recent discovery in Mpika, Zambia has yielded some amazing quartz crystals. They are very bright and transparent, like some of the Brazilian quartzes. They show a good deal of Master formations and an intriguing tendency towards self-healing, with traces of red-orange iron in the nooks and crannies. They have a brightness that is a nice contrast to their deeply ancient wisdom and energy. Some of these crystals have manifested calcite cubes floating in their depths. Although each Zambian crystal has a unique spirit, they do share some qualities. They all have a nurturing energy, almost motherly. They help you to reconnect to the lessons learned in childhood, while minimizing the impact of childhood trauma.

Clear quartz is made up of silicon dioxide, the most abundant mineral on the planet. No wonder it is the most common tool in the mineral kingdom, as well as the most versatile. I like to call it the general practitioner of the crystal world as it works with all chakras. Hold/gaze into the crystal, put your thought/need (what you wish to manifest) into the crystal, the crystal receives the thought (and the feeling behind the thought) then stores and transmits those thoughts and feelings into the ethers. Thus, even while you’re not thinking about that particular manifestation, the crystal is still putting it out. Thus drawing your manifestation towards you at a much greater rate than before.
