There is something special about the Tibetan quartz crystals. This one especially so. Enhydro bubbles are quite rare in Tibetan quartz, and this one has a nice bubble with carbon which makes it easy to find. It is in the same termination with the white phantom layers. This spirit has ancient wisdoms helping you to delve into your past to bring greater insights into the present. It is very emotionally healing, bring love and joy to replace feelings of unworthiness and despair.

These crystals are from the Tibetan province of old, mined at an altitude of 12,000-14,000 feet! These crystals are mined by hand and brought down the mountain in a sack on the back of a yak. They have a wide array of these of formations including golden healer, carbon included, enhydros, elestials, and scepters. Many of these beautiful crystals are double terminated. They have joyful energy that is such a pleasure to be around. They are “old souls” and once you pick one up, it’s hard to put it down!

Tibetan quartz always has an enlightened, almost holy energy to it. It may be that it has absorbed the wonderful vibrations from its proximity to one of the holiest areas on the planet. Its energy is quite strong, and this is a wonderful Master Healer whose abilities are not limited by its physical manifestation. In other words, everything that can be ascribed by its physical attributes, they are only the tip of the iceberg!

A crystal with a point at each end is called double terminated (DT). It is believed that they have the ability to receive or transmit energy from both ends. They are used for alignment, patience, perseverance, protection, dreaming, and astral projection. Double terminated crystals strengthen energy flow, and are especially useful when you need to share or exchange energy between you and another person. Double terminated crystals are very important to people doing healing work for themselves or others.

Enhydro means "water within". These are crystals that contain pockets of pure water, mysteriously trapped in ages gone by. Water has been found in chalcedony, agate and quartz and is usually perceived by the presence of moving gas bubbles in the water. Very occasionally, there are pockets of water with no bubble but a tiny floating inclusion. Even rarer are trapped bubbles of oil.

As water indicates the emotions, these crystals can have a profound effect on our emotional life. In Nature, water that cannot move becomes stagnated - as emotions that cannot be expressed stagnate. Enhydros contain water trapped in very limited space, but the water has remained clean and pure for millennia. The signature of these crystals indicates a purification of the emotions, even if those emotions stagnated under conditions of severe deprivation.

Our emotional health is paramount. Both the Earth and our bodies are 70% water. Analyze the impetus for action and you will see it is emotional, i.e. motivated by the emotions. Any crystal which displays the properties of Nature are clearly connected to emotional health is extremely important at this time. Their uses are extensive. They are beautiful, mysterious and powerful crystals, which you will rarely come across.

Rainbows occur when light is refracted causing a prismatic effect, usually along a plane or inclusions within a crystal. The refraction is often temperature sensitive causing the rainbow to appear and disappear. It is believed that these crystals exhibit the closest manifestation of pure white light that can be witnessed on the physical plane. Rainbow crystals are used during meditation to escort us into the realm of the pure white light and can bring depth and clarity to dreams, help manifest wishes, and overcome negativity to be able to love life in the present moment. Rainbows bring happiness. They help deal with negativity and help to maintain the constant awareness of love. Because of the rainbows, they produce the full spectrum of colors, the white light of healing and perfections being dispersed into the individual rays of the rainbow. Rainbow quartz can be used on all chakras.

Carbon included quartz assists to purify ones body and surroundings. It stimulates analytical capabilities, and increases perceptiveness to situations and awakens ones inherent talents. It especially increases ones connection to nature. It provides for grounding and centering during meditation. It also has been used for cleansing of toxins from the intestines and colon, used in the treatment of emphysema and other lung conditions.

Phantom quartz records the stages of growth of a crystal. Phantoms mark a time of no growth, where another mineral has settled on the surface before the crystal began to grow again. Sometimes they mark a different growing condition, creating bands of color, like smoky or amethyst phantoms. Because phantom quartz shows a record in time, they are perfect for those who wish to work with past life recall. They also help you to identify patterns, and the evolution of healing. This is especially helpful for those working through trauma or abuse. Often the same issues crop up over and over again, leading you to believe you are not making any progress. Phantom quartz helps you to look back and see the progress you have made. You may be working on the same issues but now from a higher perspective. Different inclusions will focus the energy in specific ways, for example smoky phantoms are particularly good in breaking old patterns and blockages.

Crystals with streaks of orange and yellow iron inclusions are known as golden healers. Occasionally the iron staining can give the whole crystal a beautiful golden hue. Golden healers are protective, healing, and aid in intuition and spiritual intellect. Golden Healers aid us in all healing endeavors. They assist in showing us how to correct any imbalance. Golden Healers have been used to assist one in attaining and maintaining contact with the spiritual worlds and to incite healing on all levels. It is an excellent stone for use in all healing situations and promotes the recognition of methods and techniques which will further aid recovery from all disorders.

Clear quartz is made up of silicon dioxide, the most abundant mineral on the planet. No wonder it is the most common tool in the mineral kingdom, as well as the most versatile. I like to call it the general practitioner of the crystal world as it works with all chakras. Clear quartz is also known as white quartz or milky quartz when it has an abundance of interior veils and planes. Often crystals will have a mixture of different clarities throughout the interior. Quartz crystals are graded on their clarity, luster, and overall condition of the stone, with the higher degrees of clarity being more valuable. It is interesting to note that although chemically the same, quartz from different regions vibrates with subtle differences. Quartz attracts and enables you to use more life force energy. Have it around you, on you, or in elixir form, in you! Quartz seeks to bring balance on all our bodies’ levels. Quartz has the ability to receive, store and send energy, this makes it a powerful manifestation tool.

Hold/gaze into the crystal, put your thought/need (what you wish to manifest) into the crystal, the crystal receives the thought (and the feeling behind the thought) then stores and transmits those thoughts and feelings into the ethers. Thus, even while you’re not thinking about that particular manifestation, the crystal is still putting it out. Thus drawing your manifestation towards you at a much greater rate than before. Power tools, you have to love ‘em!

Many refer to this process as programming; many books state that a crystal can hold only one program. They have just found a way to store terabytes of data into a single bubble that makes up the mist you see in the Quartz. My feeling is that Quartz crystals can in fact hold and run more programs than we could give in a life time! Quartz is one of the most flexible crystal tools around. It is very responsive to our intent, what you intend is what you get, to this point it is also one of the most powerful tools and should be treated as such.
